London Open House is a unique event that takes place across the capital over a weekend each September. It provides public access, completely free of charge, to buildings of architectural and community interest.

Barking and Dagenham's  participation provides a splendid opportunity to visit some older and newer buildings of special interest in the borough including Barking Town Hall, The Millennium Centre, Dagenham Civic Centre, Barking Learning Centre and The Malthouse.
